Our services are provided via telehealth unless otherwise agreed.
Fees are charged in accordance with our current fee schedule.
Payment is due at the time of your appointment unless another arrangement has been made.
We require 48 hours' notice for cancellations or rescheduling. Late cancellations or missed appointments may incur the full appointment fee.
Reports, letters and other non-urgent documentation may not be released while invoices remain outstanding.
We may communicate with your referrer, GP or other treating professionals where appropriate for your care and with your consent.
You are responsible for ensuring your funding information is accurate and current.
Telehealth appointments require a private, safe environment and a suitable internet connection.

ND Health Hub provides neurodivergent-affirming allied health services, including Occupational Therapy, Physiotherapy, Speech Pathology and Dietetics, primarily via telehealth throughout Australia.
