Meet The Team

With over 25 years of frontline experience supporting people with disabilities, I’ve helped individuals build life skills, understand behaviours, engage in their communities, and navigate life transitions—always with the goal of promoting independence and wellbeing. My professional focus has grown to include building and managing not-for-profit organisations, ensuring they meet industry standards through strong governance, policy, and quality frameworks.
Now pursuing a career in Occupational Therapy, I’m drawn to its creativity, flexibility, and person-centred approach. OT allows me to tailor solutions to individual needs, stay engaged in the evolving human services field, and continue supporting people of all ages—whose resilience and uniqueness continue to inspire me.
Outside of work, I enjoy a coastal lifestyle—fishing, beach walks with my dog, and the occasional karaoke session. I love live music, themed celebrations, and balancing intense work with moments of rest, reflection, and joy.

I am a qualified Occupational Therapist with a Bachelor of Science in Occupational Therapy and experience supporting individuals with complex and diverse needs. I take an evidence-based, client-centred approach and focus on understanding each person’s strengths, goals, and environment to support meaningful participation in everyday life. I am drawn to working with ND Health Hub as it aligns with my values of collaborative practice, ethical service delivery, and providing high-quality, individualised care. I value working as part of a multidisciplinary team and am committed to supporting people in ways that are respectful, empowering, and focused on practical, real-world outcomes. Outside of work, I enjoy hiking, going to the gym, cooking, meditation, and reading. I also value spending quality time with my loved ones and my furry friend. Maintaining balance and wellbeing is important to me, and I believe this supports the calm, empathetic, and grounded approach I bring to my work as an Occupational Therapist.

Hi, I’m Adele. I have a background in psychology and neuroscience, and over ten years of experience working with/for people who face additional barriers to wellbeing.
As a neurodivergent clinician, it’s a privilege to work for a neurodiversity-affirming service that offers flexible and accessible telehealth sessions to suit both clients and clinicians, and values our unique skills and attributes.
In my practice, I strive to ensure you feel valued, seen, and heard throughout your therapeutic journey. I aim to empower you to reach your goals on your own terms, through exploring what works best for your brain and body, incorporating your strengths and interests, and what fits in with your lifestyle. We will implement practical strategies so you can engage in the things that matter most to you. I’m really looking forward to meeting you.
In the meantime, you may find me attending dance classes, discovering new restaurants, and immersing myself in Melbourne’s vibrant arts scene.
