Why Us?
At ND Health Hub, we understand that every neurodivergent person is unique.
That’s why our team—made up of experts from a range of therapeutic backgrounds—works together to deliver personalised, coordinated care that supports emotional, cognitive, and physical wellbeing.
-
A dietitian will support you with all your nutritional and dietary needs. They can support with:
Sensory sensitivities around food restricted diets
Support with healthy eating routines
Gut health concerns, or general nutrition support
Support to build sustainable eating patterns and avoid energy crashes.
Many ND humans struggle with energy levels and fatigue. On top of the many environmental and cognitive reasons why we fatigue easier, poor nutrition and a lack of well balanced diet may be contributing to that afternoon “crash”. Seeing a dietitian can help with improved energy and wellbeing through tailored, ND-friendly nutrition strategies.

Neurodiversity-Affirming Occupational Therapy helps individuals thrive in daily life by celebrating their neurological differences. It focuses on:
Emotional Regulation: Strategies to manage emotions, impulses, and behaviors.
Sensory Support: Accommodations to manage sensory sensitivities or preferences and understand sensory profiles.
Fatigue Management: Strategies for managing energy and preventing burnout.
Environmental Modifications: Adapting spaces to better suit individual needs.
Workplace Supports and accommodations: Helping individuals develop skills and strategies for maintaining employment.
Functional Capacity Assessment (FCA) for NDIS reports.
The therapy focuses on overall well-being—mental, physical, and social health—by using person-centred, strength-based approaches. The goal is to create a supportive, inclusive environment where individuals can fully participate in their chosen activities and roles.
-
