Occupational Therapist

Jodie

  • With over 25 years of frontline experience supporting people with disabilities, I’ve helped individuals build life skills, understand behaviours, engage in their communities, and navigate life transitions—always with the goal of promoting independence and wellbeing. My professional focus has grown to include building and managing not-for-profit organisations, ensuring they meet industry standards through strong governance, policy, and quality frameworks.

Now pursuing a career in Occupational Therapy, I’m drawn to its creativity, flexibility, and person-centred approach. OT allows me to tailor solutions to individual needs, stay engaged in the evolving human services field, and continue supporting people of all ages—whose resilience and uniqueness continue to inspire me.

Outside of work, I enjoy a coastal lifestyle—fishing, beach walks with my dog, and the occasional karaoke session. I love live music, themed celebrations, and balancing intense work with moments of rest, reflection, and joy.

Kerrie

  • Hi, I'm Kerrie.

I’m an Occupational Therapist with over twenty years of experience, passionate about helping women find confidence and balance as they navigate the complexities of family, work, identity, and personal wellbeing. As an ADHDer and neurodivergent-affirming therapist, I blend lived experience with professional insight to create a space that feels safe, validating, and genuinely practical.

My approach is warm, collaborative, and grounded in evidence-based mental health practice — with plenty of compassion and humour along the way. I love supporting women to recognise their strengths, embrace who they are, and build strategies that work for their unique brains and lives.

Outside of work, you’ll find me riding my motorbike, going to the gym, reading a good book, or wrangling teenagers.

Payel

Jessie

  • Hi, I’m Jessie!
I’m an autistic occupational therapist with over 15 years of experience, and I’m passionate about doing things differently, working with curiosity, care, and respect at the centre of everything I do. I’ve always loved the mix of problem-solving, creativity, and connection that OT brings.

I love supporting neurodivergent adults to explore their goals, navigate everyday challenges, and co-create solutions that feel realistic and meaningful. I'm especially drawn to working in values-aligned, affirming spaces where lived experience is recognised as a strength.

Outside of work, you’ll usually find me knitting colourful things, tending to my flower garden (channelling my inner Caduceus Clay), deep in a game of Dungeons & Dragons or reading a fantasy novel.
